Books I live by...

Thrive: The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sports and Life is by far one the best health books I've read in a long time. Brendan Brazier is an Ironman triathlete who's diet is completely plant-based. Pretty impressive! Anyway, this book is packed with information on all kinds of super foods like maca, chlorella, and hemp protein. The book features a lot of recipes, and I am now a die hard fan of all the raw, vegan protein bars he makes, one of which, the Chocolate Blueberry Energy bars I am currently eating and love!
